Our Methodology

The initial consultation is billed to the client. Should the matter proceed further, the fee for the initial consultation will be deducted from the overall cost.

Clients are asked to bring all relevant supporting documents to the first meeting, in particular those relating to civil status (identity card or passport, family record book), income (last three payslips, most recent tax assessment), any prior court decisions, and any other document considered relevant.

The firm sets its fees with full transparency, according to the nature and complexity of the matter and the time required to handle it.

Payment in instalments is available under a schedule agreed between the client and the firm.

The firm also separately invoices costs and disbursements of every kind (procedural costs, travel expenses, or amounts paid to third parties), as well as registered letters with acknowledgment of receipt, advanced on the client’s behalf. Where a matter must be handled urgently, the hourly rate may be increased by 15%, of which the client is informed in advance. Each invoice, other than requests for advance payment, is accompanied by a detailed statement of work performed by the firm and a summary of costs incurred on the client’s behalf.
